This kitchen is much more than a kitchen – it’s a springboard. A starting point. A vibrant community.
In 2013, Rachel DesRochers founded the Incubator Kitchen Collective (IKC) with a deep understanding of what it takes to launch a food business. As an entrepreneur herself, Rachel knew firsthand the hurdles aspiring food creators face. She also believed in something bigger: healthy people build healthy businesses, and people matter. With that belief as its core, the Incubator Kitchen Collective was born.
Gratitude, collaboration, and growth are at the heart of everything we do. Entrepreneurs don't just work side by side - they mentor, learn from, and inspire each other, creating a supportive environment for both business and personal development.
Here, mistakes aren't failures - they're lessons that help you grow. Idea-sharing fuels innovation. "What if?" becomes "Why not?" - potential expands, and obstacles turn into stepping stones.
Here connections happen - to knowledge, resources, industry experts, and opportunities that fuel small business growth.
Whether you're just starting out or ready for the next step with an existing business, we walk beside you, offering mentorship, connections, opportunities, and a place not only to grow, but to succeed.
