As a food entrepreneur myself, I understand the challenges and joys of building something from scratch. When I founded Incubator Kitchen Collective it was with a simple but powerful intention: to give others the chance to build their dream, too.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of watching people work into this space with just an idea, a recipe, a spark. Through our big equipment, our mentoring, our resources, and most importantly – our community – I’ve watched those sparks grow into something real. I’m still filled with so much hope every time I see someone take that leap. What makes this kitchen so special isn’t just the tools or the resources – it’s the people. I’m so proud of this incredible community of dreamers and doers. Here’ people listen to one another. They help each other. They show up. And they know they’re part of something bigger than themselves. At IKC, people matter – and that makes all the difference.
I absolutely love this work – and even after twelve years, I still get that same rush of excitement every time I walk through the doors of our facility on West Seventh Street. Welcome, I can’t wait to see what you’ll create!
